Delivery & Returns

Once your parcel has been processed you will be sent a tracking number via Paypal and you will be able to track your order at www.royalmail.com. This tracking number will also be attached to your order in your Paypal account.

If you wish to return a product it must be unopened, unused and in a saleable condition. The buyer takes responsiblity for the return of all goods. Inspire Lashes Ltd will not be liable for any goods that are lost in the post. Please send returned goods with a tracked or signed service. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of returned products. Please note that packaging boxes must also be returned in a saleable condition. Any rips or tears and the cost of those will be taken from the refund amount. Training manuals are non-returnable once the package has been opened.

Please note that international delivery is on average 10 working days but please bear in mind that it can take longer especially at busy times of year. Delayed items will not be refunded or resent until at least 10 days after the due delivery date. If delivery time is an issue and you would like a faster service at an additional cost or bulk delivery please contact Rachel at inspire-lash@hotmail.com. Cheaper delivery is available for larger orders and product discounts are available for trainers buying in bulk. 

Inspire Lashes is a small business with a focus on top quality products but is run solely by Rachel Bridges and as such items are not posted daily. Orders are sent out on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. 

If ordering from Canada, Australia or South Africa please be aware that delivery can take longer than the 10 day average delivery period and I would recommend contacting me personally so I can arrange express shipping.
